Railay beaches are reached only by boat – or, if you’re a very strong swimmer, you might make it. Most people just get a boat for 150 to 200 THB. Railay is a really beautiful area that has a number of beaches, including Tonsai Beach with some world-class climbing. There is climbing all over the area, but that is one area of particularly good for beginners climbing practice.
