Fast help

Common fixes

GPS zones are not triggering

  • Make sure Location Services are enabled: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services
  • Make sure Location access for the app is set to While Using the App
  • Turn on Precise Location for the app
  • Move to a more open area for 10–20 seconds so GPS can lock better

No sound or audio won’t play

  • Check your silent switch and volume
  • If you’re on Bluetooth earbuds, confirm they’re connected and volume is up
  • Close the app and reopen it

Emergency button

  • The Emergency button sends an alert to our staff and can open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message
  • If you have no signal, move a few meters and try again

What to include when contacting support

  • Your device model (iPhone/iPad model)
  • Your iOS version
  • Where you were on the trail when the issue happened
  • What you expected to happen vs what happened
